Your local fabric store and some department stores sell fleece year round. There are many fabric stores online that selling fleece in a large variety of colors and designs.
One such online store is 'Fleece 4 Sale' . (http://www.fleece4sale.com)
They have a large selection of fleece that can be purchased in bolts (12-15 yds) or 60 yard rolls. When buying in bulk, several of these patterns can be purchased for as little at $3 a yard.
